It can be time consuming to shorten pants.It is easy, even though it sounds complicated.You will find it easy and inexpensive once you have done it once.
Step 1: You are on your way if the pants don't have an unfinished bottom.

Step 2: The pants should be turned back to the right side.

Step 3: Make a mark on the pants with chalk.

Step 4: Cut the rest off if you leave an inch and a half more than the mark.
If the fabric is prone to unraveling, you might want to machine-stitch a row of zigzag stitching around the very end.The pinking shears can be used to cut a woven fabric.
Step 5: Take the wonderweb and sew it around the bottom of the pants with a sewing machine on the inside.
The wonderweb should be pinned every two or three inches if you don't have a machine.
Step 6: Put the leg of the pants on the table.
You should see the leg with the chalk mark all around the bottom and the inch and a half allowance.The chalk mark should be on the edge if you bend the leg.All should be flat and smooth inside.If you use the pins, be careful.
Step 7: To press the bottom of the pants, use a steam iron and cloth.
The glue is melted.You can remove the pins if you press lightly to remove any marks.
Step 8: The same thing should be done to the other leg.
