A white sole can make your sneakers pop.A lot of dirt can be picked up by boost soles. There may be dirt on the rubber bottom of the shoe as well as the "boost" along the edges. You can remove small stains with wipes or pens.If there are more difficult stains, they may need to be washed in a washing machine. It is possible to make your ultra boost soles look as good as new.
Step 1: There is a wet wipe on the bottom and edges.
There are rubber grooves on the bottom of the shoe.Rub the edges of the boost with a fresh wipe. You can dry the boost by wiping the edges down with a paper towel. You may want to use a wipe with anti-bacterial or stain removing properties to help remove dirt.
Step 2: You can use a bleach pen on stains.
A bleach pen can lighten the stain if the marks don't respond to a wet wipe.Remove the cap and rub the marker over the stain completely.Put the shoes in the washing machine for the best results.
Step 3: A white paint pen or oil-based marker can be used to hide stains.
You can find paint pens and markers at craft stores.Remove the cap and gently run the tip over the stained area. You may need to go over the whole boost to make sure the sole is the same color.Allow it to dry for a while.Paint pens and markers can give off fumes. You should be working in aventilated area.Take a break if you start to feel unwell.
Step 4: The laces should be removed from the sneakers.
Put the laces in a delicates bag and wash them with the shoes.
Step 5: Put the shoes in the machine.
The shoes can be washed with towels, blankets, or sheets. If you don't have anything else to wash, you can put the shoes in.
Step 6: Take a quarter of a cup of detergent or bleach.
It's a good idea to use detergent for dyed sneakers.White boosting can be done with bleach. The washing machine has a drum. The machine needs to be closed.
Step 7: The machine can be turned on to a warm cycle.
If the temperature is set to warm, turn the dial or buttons.Cold water will not get the dirt out as effectively as warm water. You may hear the shoes clank inside the machine as it starts. This is not unusual.
Step 8: Allow the shoes to air dry.
The shoes should be put in a clean area. The shoes could be damaged if they are put in the dryer. The shoes should be dry by the morning. Before you wear them, you should put the laces back in.
Step 9: A bowl of water, scrub brushes, shoe cleaner, and paper towels are needed.
You can use these materials as you please. You should use a soft bristled brush for this job.You can buy shoe cleaner at a shoe store, grocery store or online. If you don't have a shoe cleaner, mix equal parts of water and dish soap.
Step 10: The white boost edges should be brushed gently with a soft bristled brush.
Put some shoe cleaner onto the bristles of the softer brush. The brush should be run along the edge of the shoe.Light pressure can be used to protect the delicate material.
Step 11: The brush is stiff and should be used to scrub the bottom of the shoe.
Apply shoe cleaner to the brush by dipping it into the water. The shoe cleaner will foam when you scrub it.Make sure to get inside the grooves on the rubber. The brush should be moved in circles to get the dirt out.
Step 12: The soap should be wiped off with a paper towel.
Remove the foam from the bottom of the shoe. The boost should be wiped down as well.To get all of the foam off, you will need 2 or 3 paper towels.
Step 13: Before you wear the shoes, let them dry.
It's possible to let them air dry.It might take an hour or two for the shoes to dry.If they are still wet, wipe them down with a paper towel. You can wear the shoes again if they are dry.
