You can access the internet from your Wii without a wired connection if you connect it to the wi-fi.If you know the network's security password, you can connect the Wii to it.
Step 1: Press the A button on your Wii remote to power it.
The Wii main menu will be brought up by this.
Step 2: The Wii button can be found in the lower left corner of the screen.
Step 3: The right side of your screen has an arrow on it.

Step 4: Select the internet and then the connection settings.
Step 5: Select the connection that you want to use.
If you want to clear the connection slot that's being used, select it, then select "clear settings." Your Wii can't connect to the internet unless you have an empty slot.
Step 6: Search for an access point by selecting "Wireless Connection."
Step 7: Select "OK".
The list of networks on-screen will be displayed when your Wii scans for nearby wi-fi networks.
Step 8: If applicable, enter the password or security key for the wireless network you want to connect to.
If you don't know the password, you can try contacting the network administrator, enter the value on the security key, or contact the manufacturer to get the default password.
Step 9: At the next prompt, select "OK" three times.
This will allow you to test the internet connection and save your wireless network settings.
Step 10: The Wii displays a message saying the connection test was successful.
Your Wii will be connected to the internet.
Step 11: If you get an error code after testing the internet connection, try reentering the security code.
The security code you entered is incorrect.
Step 12: If your Wii is unable to connect to the internet after entering the correct security code, you can try powercycling or reset your wi-fi.
If you want to refresh the network connection, you can powercycle the routers or reset it.The reset button can be pressed on the front, back, or side of the routers.
Step 13: If your Wii is unable to connect to the internet or experience slowness, shut down applications or devices that may be using too much bandwidth on your network.
Downloads of large files may affect your ability to connect the Wii to the internet.
Step 14: If you can't establish or maintain an internet connection, try moving furniture and metal objects away from it.
Metal objects such as filing cabinets and electronic devices can interfere with your wi-fi signal.
Step 15: If you can't connect to the internet on your Wii console, contact Nintendo's customer support team at 1-800-255-3700.
