If you are plugged into a Power Strip or Extension Cord, unplug and plug into a real wall socket. It should reset and you can plug it back into wherever you had it! I LOVE THIS HEATING PAD.
Why is my heating pad not working?

Can a heating pad stop working?
Most heating pads are relatively maintenance free. But the electrical wire within the heating pad can be broken, causing the pad to heat intermittently or not at all. The thermostat can malfunction. Often the best solution when a heating pad malfunctions is to replace the entire device.
Why is electric blanket not working?
Check that the electric blanket cord is firmly attached to the blanket. Pull the plug out of the blanket attachment and look to see if any dirt or debris has gotten into the plug or on the cord that plugs into the blanket. Reinsert the cord into the blanket attachment.
