The Nano 9 is a decent if not great training shoe for plyometrics. When compared to the Nano 9, the redesigned forefoot loses one groove, the outsole is thicker, and the forefoot midsole is firmer. They are much more functional than chucks though. The fit is about perfect; I wouldn't say they run big or small. I wear a 10 in most shoes, and a 10 fit perfectly. They are wide though; which for me is a good thing.
