Puremoist has a higher concentration of the cleaning preservative keeping silicone hydrogen lenses lipid deposit free therefore maintaining higher moisture level on lens surfaces. If you wear non silicone hydrogen replenish will be just fine as they are nearly identical in chemistry and composition. hope this helps.
