Eero Pro 5 will be more beneficial if you have large house and require more than a few nodes, while the dual-band Eero 6 will be more beneficial to those who plan to have lots of capable WiFi 6 devices. Eero Pro 6 is about 15% faster than Eero 6, but neither will achieve gigabit speeds in a wireless mesh setup.
What is better eero Pro or Eero 6?
The primary difference between the Eero 6 and Eero Pro 6 is performance. While each one is a Wi-Fi 6 router with the 802.11ax standard, the Pro 6 is more capable thanks to faster speeds and enhanced coverage. To its credit, the regular Eero 6 is no slouch.

Just like eeros, every eero Beacon acts as an access point on your home network. This means that eero Beacons can talk with both eeros and eero Beacons. Whereas with a range extender, it can only communicate with your router, making its expandability limited to the range of your router.
