If your 110gsm paper is acid free, then yes, it should be okay for light watercolor and gouache.. but of course, you'll have to refrain from going back and forth on particular spots on your paper because if you do so, then your paper will tear.
Is 100 GSM paper good for gouache?
Yes you can, but realize that it is very thin and will warp and buckle a great deal. Be more concerned about whether or not it has proper sizing for watercolor.
