Can you return a product if you don't like it?
If you've bought something that's faulty, you have the right to return it but what if you just don't want it? Thanks to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, when you buy online, you have the right to return an item and receive a refund, even if it's not faulty.
Can I return something I bought?
Often, you can return an item for a full refund if you have a receipt. You might also want to exchange the item or ask for store credit. However, the store ultimately decides whether to take the item back and whether to give you something in return.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Are return fees legal?
Returns and Refunds There is no law that says all sellers must take back an item. It may not matter that you don't like it, decided you can't afford it or found it cheaper somewhere else. Every seller has a different return policy.
Can you return next to store?
You can't return an item purchased online to a Next store. Keep your proof of return until you receive confirmation you have been refunded. You will receive a refund within 28 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.
Do H&M accept returns?
We offer an exchange or refund with a receipt, within 30 days of the purchase date, using the original form of payment. After 30 days, refunds will be issued as a merchandise credit at the current selling price.
