The standard 18-inch bits fitted to our car (and CR's) are 235/45R18 Michelin Primacy MXM4 tires mounted on aluminum alloys covered by aerodynamic snap-on plastic wheel covers. The optional 19-inch setup consists of uncovered aluminum alloys wrapped with Continental ProContact RX tires in size 235/40R19.
Is a flat tire covered under Tesla warranty?
Flat tires are not covered under warranty; however Tesla will cover the cost of a tow, provided by Roadside Assistance, for the first 50 miles (80 km) to the nearest Tesla Service Center, while the vehicle is covered by a Tesla New Vehicle, Used Vehicle, or Used Vehicle Extended Limited Warranty.
What happens if your Tesla gets a flat tire?
If your tire is damaged and your vehicle becomes inoperable, you can request roadside assistance immediately from the bottom of your Tesla app home screen. In some regions, our trained roadside providers carry a limited number of loaner wheels to quickly exchange for a damaged wheel or tire.
Do Tesla's have run flat tires?

Drivers replacing run flat tires with conventional tires should take into account that the vehicle may not be equipped with a spare tire, rim or wheel, and a hand jack.
Do run-flat tires wear out faster?
Even with tougher rubber, run flat tires do wear out quicker than regular tires. If buyers are experiencing wear at around 20,000 miles, that's less than half the life of an ordinary tire.
