The TC is an annual weight loss challenge hosted by OTF studios which usually starts in mid January and lasts until mid March (8 weeks in total). In 2020, the TC runs from January 20th to March 15th. How do you win the TC and what do you win? The TC is focused on body transformation, i.e. weight loss and/or fat loss.
