The SIBO Biphasic Diet is a combination of two known therapeutic diets, Low FODMAP and the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. It was developed by Dr Nirala Jacobi based on the work of Dr Allison Biebeckers. Bi-phase = 2 phases, with each phase in two parts.
