Where can I watch the sunrise in Monterey?
The best sunrises I've seen in Monterey have been from the Presidio (especially from Einstein's), but you can't get in without a CAC or military ID. Jacks Peak has a great view, but it'll be closed that early. You can get some decent views from Veterans Memorial Park, but nothing unobstructed.
