Red Robin doesn't always honor the free birthday burger for royalty members.I went to my nearest Red Robin to redeem my birthday burger and was told by the server that I couldn't use my free birthday coupon because I had to use the buy one get one 1/2 off coupon.I tried to have a regular burger after my husband had the fish dinner.I was told I needed to text Red Robin to use a birthday coupon, but they wouldn't send me a text, so I could use the text code later.He told me that the only coupon under my account was the buy one get one 50% off coupon.I don't think I'll be going to Red Robin again.He said I didn't need a text code because I already had an email that I could use.My birthday is in July and I tried to use it on July 29th, but I didn't redeem it as it had been months since we visited a Red Robin.I hate when businesses say one thing to get you in and then don't honor it.Not happy about Red Robin.

I got a free burger yesterday and was able to order it online.I was able to modify my burger and get more fries.I'm really happy with my experience with them.It was all for nothing.I'm happy!
