Do you want to eat bread? Is it possible that you can't follow the Weight Watchers program? With this list of over twenty Low Point Breads, you don't have to worry about going over your Smart Points limit by eating bread. The Low Point Breads have 1 or 2 Smart Points per slice.
If you can't do without a slice of bread with your lunch bowl of soup, then you should join the Weight Watchers program.
In November of this year, there will be a couple of Weight Watchers bread options and information about the SmartPoints for the new myWW Green plan.
The SmartPoint values for the Blue, Purple and Green plans are included in the list of the Best Low Calorie Breads.
Unless otherwise stated, the Smart Point values for the breads in this list are per slice.
Sometimes 2 slices of bread may actually be 3 Smart Points as it doesn't always follow that 1 slice equals 1 Smart Point.
There are more low SmartPoint bread ideas in this post. The WW Green, Blue and Purple plans include SmartPoints per slice of bread, as well as detailing the calories in a slice. It contains some alternatives to wheat.

The list was very helpful.Thank you.If you have 2 slices, many of the 1 point per slice breads become 3 points.Nature's Own Sugar Free 100% Whole Wheat Whole Grain Bread is the only bread I have found that is more than 1 point per slice. It's also good.
Thank you for the information on Nature's Own Sugar Free Bread. In the main text of the post, I mention that sometimes 2 slices of bread can be 3 SmartPoints, and that unfortunately it doesn't always equate that.I will add your suggestion of Nature's Own sugar Free 100% Whole Wheat Whole Grain Bread to the list. There is a person named Marianne.
What about SarahLee's bread?It says it's 1 pt.Each slice costs per slice.Is it a 2 pt.s for 2 slices?
35 calories are 2 points for 2 slices.I wanted the bread to be softer and tasted better.I can't find them in my area.
Sara Lee's bread is only 1 point per slice and 2 points for two slices. It's good, but it doesn't stay fresh for long.We are going to start looking for something else because of the price.Trader Joe's had a point per slice.
Sam's Club in my area has two loaves of Sara Lee in a package that is cheaper than one loaf at the grocery store. When I need it, I freeze one loaf.
I used to be a member of Weight Watchers but I am now a Celiac.Light bread was 50% less calories than regular bread. An entire sandwich was a loaf of bread.
Since I have a family, I am struggling to lose weight. The thought of not having bread on Ww is hard to accept because I used to eat sandwiches.
Does anyone know of any breads that are Ww friendly? They all seem to be double the calories of any wheat bread.!
I'm looking for the same information.I was recently diagnosed with a disease.I don't tolerate fiber well because of my short bowel syndrome.I'm still giving WW a try.
Colleen, thank you for that information.I will add that one to the list.Kind regards Marianne.
I would like to thank you for the update. It's me...I asked about the breads.I've been using the Canyon bakehouse. The slices are tiny, and 2 points each for tiny (4 points a sandwich before anything is added) is a lot different than 1 pt a slice for wheat, but I have been grateful to have it.It is delicious but mostly toast. It is nutty and delicious.I am wondering if the Simply Balanced bread is any bigger than the one on the page.It would be great to have a slice of bread. If I remember correctly, Udi's was 3 points each.
Take the calculator with you to the store.I carry mine with me.
Whole wheat flour is added to the white bread flour to make it healthier. We slice the loaf and put it in the freezer so we can have a slice at a time.Sometimes it is so good that the points are just worked in.
I like your lists and recipes. It makes shopping and meal planning easier.Thank you!
Sue, I am happy that you find them useful. You have to come back often to see what new lists and recipes I have posted.Good luck on your WW journey.Kindest regards Marianne.
In Canada, we don't get all the varieties that you get in the USA.I had to go to 3 grocery stores before I found an ant.
