There is a red light that will not turn on.
My new Ninja blender will have a red power button. The controls don't work. The red light blinks. The lid is locked down because it is plugged in correctly.Nothing works when I try to press the other buttons. Is there something I don't know? Please help.
The LID needs to be aligned with the Handle in order for the Ninja blender to work. There is a small white arrow on the corner of the Ninja blender lid. There is a small white arrow on the Ninja blender's handle. The Ninja blender needs two arrows pointing towards each other in order to work properly. When pressing any of the buttons, the Ninja blender will flash a red light if the 2 arrows are not aligned. To get the light to be STEADY, you have to align the 2 white arrows.
If the lid isn't locked down all the way, you could run into an issue. The power button will not start if it continues to flash red.The lid needs to be locked by moving the handle to the DOWN position. If the lid is locked and the red light is still on, you probably don't have the 2 arrows aligned correctly.
The lid is not on if the pin on the lid doesn't go far enough to depress the switch. The lid can be locked properly if the arrows are aligned.
There is an issue with the pitcher of the blender not being fitted on the base. The pitcher can fit in all 4 positions. It is not possible to get the pitcher into the locked position on the blender if you find it hard to rotate it.If you have the Ninja pitcher on correctly, it should be easy to rotation on the base.
The front of the Ninja pitcher needs to be locked on.The pitcher needs to be locked down on the base. The pitcher won't work if you put it on backwards.
Press the power button to turn the blender off.The top of the lid has a button on it.Lift the handle and the lid will come off.
Here is the official website for Ninja Blenders to assist you.

The Ninja blender won't work for me.The blades won't move after I fixed the flashing lights. There were crumbs of plastic at the base.Is it possible for the parts to be replaced?
Just fixed it!When the jug is installed, there are two or three tabs on the base unit that need to be depressurized. The blinking light is off after I depress the two contacts on the base with a couple of small pieces of plastic and glue.If the problem is solved by using a small screw driver and pressing down on the base contact, the power should not flash and the jug base is likely to break.
This may not be the safest solution but it works if you check the base of the jug.I will order a new one.
The power button is still blinking.Have tried many times.I need to check next.Work on everything except the food processor.
The power button has a red light on it.What does this mean?I don't remember if the unit has a red light.
My daughter has a Ninja blender.I was trying to remove the lid.The bottom of the lid is separated from the top.A pin fell out.I don't think anything broke when it came apart.Where is the pin located?I think it helps open the lid.
The Ninja is plugged in and a red light comes on but nothing happens. I can't find a button to turn it on.
Since there are many different types of Ninja blenders, can you look at the bottom of them and give us the model number?
The red light will flash if the connection is not secure, so be sure to line up the arrow with the pitcher.
The Ninja Chef does not have alignment arrows.I cannot push the knob in without great effort because the settings knob will not turn without the on button flashing.I've used this for two years, but haven't used it in a while.
I have tried everything but the blade in my blender does not work and it is my first time using it.
The Ninja Blender Pro Duo was expensive but worth it until the red light came on.The jug is locked and nothing is visible. It broke before we had it.I would like to know before we bought it.
I couldn't get my Ninja to work after having it for a few years. We tried everything and I found this page today, after I lost the receipt and the time to return it expired. It didn't work after all the suggestions. My husband noticed that the pitchers on the base wouldn't lock down completely, even with everything lined up.We realized the lids had been changed. The large pitcher has a different lid than the small one.It works great once we figured that out.I'm happy!
The base is locked and I have checked the arrows to make sure they are aligned.Over the course of a year, I have only had a few mines. Is there something else I can try?
The red flashing lights come on when I plug in my ninja blender. The base is locked and the arrows are aligned. What else is going on?I have had it for 3 years and I don't use it very much.It worked a week ago.Thank you.
