The acquisition of several repair facilities was announced this week.

The opening of a new start-up in Georgia, as well as the acquisition of Big Sky Autobody in Arizona, have been announced by The Boyd Group.The company now has 53 centers in the U.S., with 11 in Arizona and seven in Georgia.

Big Sky Autobody has four collision repair centers in Arizona, three of which are located in Tucson and one in Avondale.

The acquisition of Big Sky Autobody will allow us to establish a strong market presence for the Gerber Collision & Glass brand in the Tucson market.Modern facilities with skilled personnel are a good fit for our network.We are looking forward to welcoming former Big Sky Autobody employees.

Caliber Collision Centers is an operator of collision repair facilities in California and Texas.

Caliber now has 35 centers in Texas, 20 of which are located in South Texas.There are 71 Caliber service centers in California and Texas.
