The Nissan Connect System Randomly Reboots on New 2018?
I just bought a 2020 Nissan Versa and I'm having a problem connecting my Spotify to Nissan Connect. If I don't play enough songs, the Nissan Connect display will restart. The Nissan Connect image will be shown as if the car was turned on when the display is turned off. After a few seconds, my phone plays again.
I have tested it with Apple Music and it works without any issues.Whenever I skip a song, the information for the next song flashes twice, as if there's some kind of delay in connection.
I have tried to sign out of all of my devices.I would appreciate any help at all.
This happens to me, too, and it doesn't happen with any other apps, as the other person stated.I would rather cancel Spotify than change cars.
This usually resolves most Bluetooth issues, so could you give it a try?
If you connect another mobile device to the car, it's a good idea to check to see if the connection works.
It will be hard for us to replicate and investigate further since this involves several variables. We suggest to keep the Car's firmware updated and report it to the right team. For the best way to experience Spotify in the car, we recommend using the Android Auto or Apple CarPlay integrations.
Was Nissan helpful?I have the same issue with my Nissan kicks and am not sure what to do.
It seems like it's an SOL situation.Has anyone come up with a better solution than that?
