You are thorough with this information.I would never have considered this information because of the illustrations. Thanks for turning my wheels.Every day at the better butt challenge, learn something new.
I was drawn to this type of article because I took an anaphylactic course in high school.
This is amazing.I didn't know our butt had all the amazing attributes.I was helped to recognize mine.Excellent article here.
My dear wife of 54 years is receiving monthly injections in her hip and I am concerned that these could cause her to experience 4-5 days of severe pain.I need positive answers regarding precise methods of injections to avoid damage to the piriformis.I am not sure if the technicians doing the injections are well trained in the region, and I'm looking for information to aid in their education.Thank you for your help.
Sorry to hear that your wife is sick.I hope this treatment improves her health.
If you want to know if the manufacturer can advise on the correct administration of the drug, you should contact them directly. There may be some pain around the injection site if you check out the information available online. It could be a side-effect of the injection, but the manufacturers would be in the best position to advise.
Maybe a therapist may be able to help?If they think that injections might have an effect on the surrounding muscles/tissues, they may be able to advise on exercise treatment or comment on it.
I would have expected the injection to go into the largest muscle in the body. The Piriformis is a small muscle that is located deep and can cause irritation of the sciatic nerve, but I believe this causes a very distinct kind of pain.A good doctor would be able to advise on this.
The squat challenge was not as hard as I thought it would be.It is nice to read more about what is going on down there.Thank you.
I am a disabled man in a wheelchair, my butt hurts, I looked away, but I now know what you mean.
The bones in your butt cheeks are what you might be feeling when you sit down, because they come into contact with a chair.
I think I'm late to the party, but I just wanted to say that I am glad you know what you're talking about, I also saw those incorrect figures and got re- confused! Thanks for providing correct diagrams.I am not sure if you will see this because it is late in the game.Just graduated, I am a young guy.If possible, I would like to see if I can get a bubble butt because I really want to workout mybutt and honestly aim for whatever my genes/bones can support.I do dumbbell squats and various exer in full body workouts.I can do it at home.I saw something different. On your site, you said progressive overload, which is what I think I am doing for biceps.I would do 15reps/arm as 1 set, do it 3 times, and do this 3-4 times a week.I would increase my weight and work harder until I could do 15 reps/arm again. Is that the only way to grow my butt?I can only do home workouts for the next few weeks. Is it possible to grow the butt as large as possible for a man?
Thanks for the feedback! You have the right idea for progressive overload, which is increasing the difficulty by either more reps, slower reps or more weight, or a combination of these factors.Depending on where you get your information, there are a few schools of thought on the optimum way to train for increasing muscle size, as opposed to just muscle strength.I follow a trainer who tells me that the stronger the muscle, the bigger it is, so I use that as a general guide, but it can get a bit complicated if you want to read it.If you want to grow your butt, it's a good idea to make sure each workout is more difficult than the last, and to vary it to keep your body guessing. There are more butt exercises listed here if you are interested in checking them out.If you have access to a gym and weights, it will be easier to get started at home. There are water or milk bottles.
Hi!The butt was broken down nicely in the article, I spent the past hour researching it.I have a question for you that I cannot find an answer to and I am wondering if the fat in your body is part of the answer. If you poked the butt cheek, it would be soft, and if you pinch it, you would have skin to pinch. When it is the opposite, what happens?I have thick cheeks and thighs, but have never been able to pinch the skin of the glutes maximus.I feel like each side of my body is thick and heavy, not like a body builder's form.Is this a type of fat?Possibly genetics? What do you think about this description?
Thank you, Loren!I think it is likely that what you have described will come down to tissue composition.Maybe your relaxed muscle tone is more switched on than other people, or maybe you have a thinner layer of fat?My butt and thighs are pretty squishy when relaxed, but if I am tensing the muscles there, it becomes difficult to pinch a roll of flesh. As we age, the level ofCollagen in our skin depletes, so to speak. If you do more research into the physical makeup of skin and underlying tissues, you may be able to theorize further.Let us know if you can come up with a definitive answer.
