I bought a flight for my son and daughter-in-law.I need to add their numbers to their reservation.How can I do this?

I don't think you could do this earlier in the year with the new website.

The KTN number is not there when I logout and save.The system let me in, but the changes are not saved, even though I tried to login from a different browser.Is it the system error?Thanks.

You can add their numbers by clicking here.To log in and make changes to the reservation, you'll need their names and confirmation numbers.

I have already purchased two tickets, so using the information and video regarding how to add the Pre-check number to a booking is not helpful to me.Is it possible to add that number to tickets already purchased?Thanks!

You can add your number to the reservation.Make sure you have your confirmation number.
