This product is used to treat a problem.There are two medications in it: sennosides and docusate.Stimulating laxatives are Sennosides.They work by keeping water in the intestines.A stool softener is a substance called dosate.It makes the stool easier to pass and increases the amount of water in it.
You can take this medication by mouth with a full glass of water.Follow the directions on the product package if you are self-treating.Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions.
