Ronni Hawk, best known for her role on the Disney Channel series Stuck in the Middle, was arrested last week.

A spokesman for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department tells PEOPLE that Hawk was arrested by the Van Nuys division of the LA Police Department on Friday at 8:30 a.m. and booked with one felony count of corporal injury of a spouse or cohabitant.

After posting her $100,000 bond, Hawk was released from custody at about 9:45 p.m.

People's request for comment was not responded to by a rep for Hawk.A court date has been set.News.
