Step 10: It's a good idea to massage your thumb and index finger.

The point is on the inside of your leg.Rub the area with your thumb for 30 seconds.San Yin Jiao is used to relieve insomnia, as well as urological and pelvic disorders.
Step 14: It's a good idea to massage the shin bone.
The spot known as Zu San Li can be found by measuring 4 finger width down from the bottom of your knee cap.Rub the area with a downward pressure.If you move your foot up and down, you can see if you're in the right place.As your foot moves, you should feel a muscle move.Zu San Li is used to treat nausea and vomiting.
