Make doughnuts out of carrot cake.
These doughnuts remind you of carrot cake because of the sweet pineapple and carrot taste.There are 18 large doughnuts.
Step 1: Place the oven in the middle of the room at a temperature of 375F (190C).
Step 2: You can mix the wet ingredients.
The sugar and butter can be beat with a stand or hand mixer.
Step 3: Add the yogurt, egg, and vanilla to the bowl.
Step 4: Last add the pineapple and carrots.
It's important to mix everything thoroughly.
Step 5: Put the dry ingredients together.
A metal wire whisk is used to whisk together the cinnamon, flour,baking soda, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg in a medium bowl.
Step 6: The two bowls need to be combined.
Take the dry ingredients and put them in the wet ingredient bowl.At a time between stirring, sift a small amount to get the best results.
Step 7: A pan to fill with doughnuts.
The batter should be placed in the pan's cavities.
Step 8: The doughnuts have to be baked for 10 minutes.
Step 9: Allow doughnuts to cool down.
Leave them in the pan for a while.
Step 10: The doughnuts will be transferred to a cooling rack.
Set aside about 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 11: The walnuts are combined with the frosting ingredients.
Use a metal wire whisk to whip everything until you get a smooth mixture.
Step 12: Put the doughnuts in the frosting.
Step 13: The doughnuts must be eaten.
Before the frosting sets, sprinkle some chopped walnuts.
