Keela Nelli's name describes the plant.There are small Nelli grown in the stem below the leaf.That is Nelli.Nelli is in the bottom.

keezhanelli is good for eye health and can help with eye problems.I would suggest making hair oil and using it for an oil bath twice a week.It will help relax the eye muscles.It's a bit too much to consume 2 to 3 teaspoons.It's best not to over consume keelanelli because it has very little side effects.You can find keelanelli in herb nurseries in Bangalore.
