Christmas in Ethiopia is called Gena in Amharic.Christians from all denominations come together to celebrate and eat.On this day, a divided country comes together.During Christmas, people drink coffee called Buna as is called in Amharic.People drink coffee in special gatherings.Coffee is usually served with a side of roasted grain mix.

Step 16: The coffee can be settled into the bottom layer if the gebena is slanted.
If you move the gebena it will cause the bottom layer of coffee to be mixed with the top layer.
Step 17: The cines should be on a serving board.
Step 18: Coffee can be put into the cines.
They should be served to your friends and family.
Step 19: They can add sugar or salt to their coffee.
