Excellent jam or spread is made by passion fruit.This is a great way to use up excess passionfruit in a way that can be enjoyed on toast, crumpets, muffins and bagels.
Step 1: It's a good idea to wash the fruit.
Cut in half.
Step 2: Take the juice out of the fruit.
The pulp should be put in a bowl.
Step 3: Put the shells in the water.
Allow to sit overnight.
Step 4: Add the soaked passionfruit shells and soaking water to a saucepan.
The inner part should be boiled for 30 minutes.
Step 5: Throw away the shells if you scoop out the additional pulp.
The retrieved pulp can be chopped up.
Step 6: You can mix the fruit and water in a large saucepan.
Bring the water to a boil.
Step 7: Put the sugar and lemon juice in a container.
To get rid of it, stir.
Step 8: It should be boiled quickly until it reaches the setting point.

Step 9: Transfer to jam jars that have been sterile.
There is a seal, label and date.Keep in a dry place.The jam will last for a couple of years.After opening.
Step 10: The peaches should be prepared.
Cut them into pieces.
Step 11: A layer of chunks is placed into a bowl.
There is sugar over the top.Add another layer and sprinkle with sugar.Continue until all the chunks are used up.

Add the lemon juice to the warm water.Stir through.

After about 15 to 25 minutes of cooking, the setting point will be reached.Add more lemon juice if gelling isn't happening.The jars of jam need to be sterile.
Step 16: The jam should be put into jars that are sterile.
There is a seal, label and date.Store in a dark place for a couple of years.
