I used cheapoair to book a trip.Then he hit.I was charged to change my trip.They wouldn't give me a refund.I would have gotten a full refund if I had gone directly through the airline.One of my flights had a 5 hour delay before I got to my destination.I wanted to change that.They wanted to charge me again.I got it changed for free after I called the airline.I will not use cheapoair again.I will always book directly with the airline.!

There is a hotline for customer service.Currently on a call with them for close to an hour to change a flight.There was a 15 hour delay that was not reported.Trying to change has been a challenge.I'm on hold to complete the change.I am concerned because they have my credit card information.I will never use them again.This is ridiculous.

CheapOAir is giving airline ticket refunds to Norwegian.The travel agency is a third party scam company that takes people's money for airline tickets to Italy and then when they try to get a refund, they have no flights from the US to Europe.Norwegian has filed for bankruptcy since Sept 2020.After 6 months of knowing, CheapOAir decides to tell customers that they can't get refunds from Norwegian due to filing for bankruptcy.CheapOAir should return the money to the customers if they didn't give it to Norwegian.Do not use cheapoair bad customer service.Is it possible for them to tell customers to figure it out on their own if they want to get their refund now?

There are two things.First Cheapo is able to refunds airfare.They buy the tickets from the airline.The airline sells a block of tickets but does not have any further information on you or your travel until close to the date of travel.If you call the airline, they will tell you that you need to contact the travel agency.The travel agency will tell you that you have to contact the airline.There is a circular argument.The people that you can thank are the US DOT, which regulates virtually all aspects of public transit from cabs to air transport.When you track it all the way to the end, it's an Obama administration hangover like so many things are.He and many others had a closet full of cash for that one.Hold on to your hat, its going to get worse.
