Step 5: Take the tea out of the cup and drink it right away.
The tea powder will eventually settle to the bottom of the cup because it is not brewed like regular teas.

Step 7: The hot water should be poured into a tea cup.
The water needs to be at least 165 to 180F (75 to 80C).Don't pour the hot water into the tea bowl just yet.You need to make sure you use spring water.The flavor of the tea may be affected by the amount of minerals in the tap water.
Step 8: Half of the water should be put into the tea bowl.
If you pour all of the water at once, it will cause the tea to clump up.
Step 9: The tea is being whisked with a chasen.
A chasen is a bamboo whisk used for preparing tea.The tea's flavor and aroma will be affected by using a metal fork or whisk.When the matcha is dissolved into a thick paste, keep stirring.
Step 10: Put the rest of the water in the bowl.
You can use your chasen and half-circular motions again.Continue to stir until the paste thins out.It will be thicker and darker than Usucha.
Step 11: If you want to drink the tea immediately, pour it into the cup.
The powder will settle to the bottom of the cup if you wait too long.
Step 12: Take 112 of the powder into a cup.

Step 14: Allow the milk and sweetener to cool.
You can make this with a milk frother on an espresso machine or a saucepan on the stove.It's possible to do it in the microwave.Milk should be kept between 165 to 180F (75 to 80C).
Step 15: If you want, you can froth the milk for about 10 seconds.
The frother on the espresso machine can be used to do this.If you don't own an espresso machine, pour the milk into a separate cup and use a hand frother to froth it.
Step 16: The hot milk should be poured into the latte.
The spoon should be placed inside the frothing cup to hold back the foam.You don't have to use all of the milk.
Step 17: The foam should be on top of the cup.
Scoop out the foam with a spoon if you reach into your frother cup.The foam should be placed on top of the latte.You can add more foam if you want.It should be spread evenly across the latte.
Step 18: If you want to drink it immediately, add a sprinkle of matcha on top.
The powder will settle to the bottom of the cup if you wait too long.
Step 19: Take 2 grams of matcha powder and mix it with a cup or mug.
Measure out the powder from the cup with a strainer.To sift the powder into the cup, gently tap the side of the strainer.This will give you a smooth latte.
Step 20: If you want, add some sugar.
It is better to add the sweetener now since you will be adding the hot water next.It will be better to have hot water than cold milk.You can use any type of sweetener you want.
Step 21: The hot water will be put into the tea.
The water must be very hot, but not boiling.You should whisk the water using a zigzag motion after pouring it.You can use a metal whisk or a bamboo whisk.If you keep whisking, there will be no clumps.You will end up with a paste.
Step 22: Cold milk should be put into the cup.
You can use any type of milk you want.Almond milk and tea complement each other very well.The milk should be combined with the paste.You'll get a light green beverage with no streaks or swirls.
Step 23: If you want, add ice cubes.
