Outlook calendar events can be shared with any contact or email address.You need to have access to the Outlook mobile app and Outlook website to do this.
Step 1: You can open yourOutlook app.
If you don't already have a Microsoft email and password, you need to do so.
Step 2: There is a calendar that you can tap.
You can see this on the bottom of your screen.
Step 3: The calendar needs to be wiped down.
Step 4: You can tap a date.
Step 5: It's possible to tap +.
This is in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 6: You can type in an event title.
Step 7: Next to "All Day" is the switch.
If it's relevant to your event, you should do this.
Step 8: There is a "Time" tab.
Step 9: The selection edges should be adjusted.
Changing the span of time your event covers will increase or decrease.You can use the "00:00" icon in the top left corner of the window to choose a starting and ending time.
Step 10: The check mark should be tapped.
There is a Time window.
Step 11: "People".
Step 12: You can type in the contact's name.
You can share your event with non-Outlook users by using an email address.If you have an email list, you can add it instead of repeating this process.
Step 13: Go to the check mark.
Step 14: You can tap on the location.
Step 15: You can type in a location.
Step 16: The check mark should be tapped.
Step 17: The switch is next to "Skype Call".
If your event is centered around a phone call, you should do this.
Step 18: There is an alert and a description.
They will remind users of your event, but are optional.
Step 19: The check mark should be tapped.
You can share your event with anyone listed in the "People" tab.
Step 20: You can open the outlook.
If you aren't already signed in, you'll need to provide your Microsoft email address and password.
Step 21: Click on the blue grid.
You can find this in the top left corner of your Outlook page.
Step 22: Click on the calendar.
Step 23: Click on a day's square.
Step 24: Define the details of your event.
An event title, an event location, a start and end time/date, and a reminder are included.
Step 25: You can add people by clicking the "add people" field.
Underneath the "People" heading is this on the right side of the screen.
Step 26: You can type in the contact's name.
Step 27: You can click on your contact's name.
You can type in their email address if it doesn't show up.In this field, you can add contacts from a pop-up menu.
Step 28: You can click to send.
When you're ready to invite your attendees to your event, click this button in the top left corner of the event window.You have shared a calendar event.
