How To Write a Note on Facebook for a Page (Admins Only)
Notes are not enabled by default on a new Facebook page.If you know where to look, adding them to your page and writing a new one are both easy.This feature can be accessed from a mobile browser.
Step 1: From a browser, you can log in to Facebook.
If you use a mobile browser, you can visit the Facebook website.The Page Note can't be written from inside the Facebook app.
Step 2: You can administrate the page on Facebook.
The downward arrow is in the top right corner after logging in.The page needs a new note.
Step 3: Click on settings.
There is a white bar at the top of the window.The settings link is near the right-hand side of the bar.
Step 4: The apps are on the left side of the screen.
There is a long list of sub-menus on the left hand side.Click on the apps to view the settings.
Step 5: The Notes app can be added.
Click the Add app button if your Page doesn't have Notes enabled yet.
Step 6: You can use the Notes App.
A few more links should appear under the name of Notes once it's added to your page.You can visit a list of notes on the application.
Step 7: Write something new in a note.
Underneath your Page banner is where the + Write Note button is located.You'll be taken to a new screen where you can type in your note and attach photos.
Step 8: Next time, find the Notes screen.
You don't have to go to the settings screen now that Notes are enabled for your Page.Underneath your banner, look at the navigation bar for your Page.This links to a lot of places, but now it has a link to your Notes as well.Click More and select Notes from the drop-down menu if you don't see the link.
