Life happens to hammocks. After a full season of hanging around in hammocks, mud, coffee and trail mix can be found. It is easy to keep your hammock clean and fresh throughout it's lifetime.
It is always a good idea to spot dirty spots along the way because the parachute nylon is dirt resistant. It is nice to return your hammock to its previous state.
You should not wash the carabiners.Put them on the side of the hammock. When your hammock is clean and dry, you can get back to hammocking.
Add a small amount of detergent.Don't use the machine to wash your hammock. This will get it clean.Don't add fabric softeners or additional cleaning agents. It's cold to wash on cold.!
It is best to do this chore on a sunny day.You can line dry your hammock outside.Air drying is what we recommend if you do it indoors or out.It will take less than thirty minutes for your hammock to dry.
Once it is clean, it's time to get your Eno Hammock dirty again.
