How to use the DIGITAL AUDIO (OPTICAL) OUT jack to connect a Soundbar to a TV that doesn't have an optical input.

I bought a sound bar.I bought an optical cable but my tv doesn't have an input.I know my tv is not the top of the line, but what should I do?
