Step 1: Prepare to do the uninstallation.
If you plan to use an operating system other than Windows, you should prepare installation media.It should be plugged into your computer.It will be deleted by the time you're done if you back up anything important to you on the Windows drive.
Step 2: If you're still in Windows, open the Start menu.
The power button has an icon.Click on Restart if you want to stop.This will restart the computer and allow you to access the options that you made earlier.If you see a blue screen, that's what it is supposed to look like.
Step 3: You can use a device.
You should see the installation media when this menu opens.Make sure the installation media is plugged into your computer if you don't see it.If it is, you will need to enter your computer's settings to start it.If you get a graphical menu, you can use the keyboard or mouse to navigate to the boot menu.Plug the installation back in and go through the same process as before to get into the menu.
Step 4: If you want to install the operating system on the drive, format it with Windows.

Step 5: You're done.

Step 8: The Windows drive needs to be erased.

Step 10: Go to macOS and start your Mac.

All of the data on that partition will be erased when Windows is removed.
