There is a dark and confusing place in the real world. You might wish you could escape to a place where everything is different because it can be lonely and scary. You're about to learn how to make your own small part of the world, a country, city or town, where you can escape whenever you want.An imaginary space can draw you out of depression, help you work better in the real world, and make you more optimistic.
Step 1: Make a list.
List all the things in this country, city or town that you think could be changed with a pencil and notepad. It could be government, relationships you have, the way our world looks, monetary issues, food availability and flavor, world population, taxes, bills, and so forth. If you don't like it, put it on the list as well.
Step 2: A general sketch can be drawn.
A sketch is a good way to describe your dreamscape. It could be a map, a picture of your main street, or a view from the coffee shop in your world. It could be a country, but making it a city or town will make it easier to work with.Be sure to make it unique.
Step 3: Do what you like.
Make the major competitive sport fishing if you enjoy fishing more than anything. The most common job is angling.Make the national or local food, design your own flag, use your favorite colors and symbols, and make the country's motto using your favourite phrase.Try to make it more realistic by adding a couple hazardous or irksome components, for example, you could add a patch of stinging nettles to the glorious meadow of your dreams, or a mean man who owns the supermarket. You can't have a good time in your dream world if you make it a sad-and-depressed-land.To ensure it's a lovely place to escape to, you have to find the balance.
Step 4: Define the layout.
Decide where you want the stores to be, what your house looks like, and so on.It is recommended that you have the layout completely ready before you add people.
Step 5: Add people.
This is one of the best parts. You can personalize their hair, clothes, personality, age, job, and even how you met them if you add them one at a time. It's best to write it down in a notepad or journal, the one you wrote the list of things you don't like in.Every person should have a page.It may be important later on that they seem more realistic.
Step 6: This country, city, or town can be transferred to your dreams.
This is a very slow process. It won't work unless you add small bits of information at a time.It is possible to control your dreams.
Step 7: Start small.
Say that you want to dream of a meadow, a beautiful meadow that was added earlier to your dreamscape. When the sun trickles through the blades of tall grass, it ignites and turns a brilliant shade of green. The wind is warm and soft.In your hand is a book, a thick, rich, delicious book with a sturdy cover, just barely managing to see the magic that lies within. You feel like your heart is racing as it flutters in your rib cage.Birds perch in the trees and play music for you.You lie down in the grass and feel happy.
Step 8: You have to replay the image in your head all day.
All day long, in the bathroom.Continue until the sun goes down.To better promote the image, you can whisper to yourself, "I will sleep peacefully in a sweet, sunny meadow."
Step 9: Continue the play until you fall asleep.
Chances are you will have a dream about it.
Step 10: Add more people.
Think about one person all day, dream about them, then add them to the meadow the next day.In your dreams, the people may develop their own personality.
Step 11: Constantly look at it.
It may disappear or change if you forget about it for a while.Don't get distracted if you keep it on the weekends or at night. If you have it in your head, whip it out when you need it the most.Take a free vacation to the land when you need an escape.
