Step 1: You can open the Apple Watch app on your phone.
You can find this app icon on one of your Home screens because it looks like an outline of the Apple Watch.
Step 2: Go to the My Watch tab.
Your personal details will be listed.
Step 3: You can tap on the health and health profile.
Your age and weight should be listed.
Step 4: You can tap on the edit.
You can see it in the upper right corner of your screen.
Step 5: You can change the number listed for your weight.
