According to popular belief, ghosts cannot cause physical harm to humans because they are only spirits.It is believed that ghosts are either spirits who are passing by or spirits of loved ones who wouldn't want to hurt you.Even though ghosts can make your heart beat faster, they can't do much harm.There is no proof that ghosts cause physical harm.Most accounts are legends.
Step 4: Forget what you've seen in movies.
The movie industry made millions of dollars by using people's fears to create exaggerated views of the spiritual world.The spiritual world can play to the fears of those who are unfamiliar with spirits and ghosts.Try to connect to the spiritual world in a more natural and positive way by avoiding watching exaggerated realities.
Step 5: You can stop being afraid.
You can face the unknown with strength and bravery if you believe in your ability to overcome your fear of ghosts.You will never be successful if you don't trust your power to overcome fear.Don't worry about your fear.It is perfectly natural.Take a moment to remember your successes.Think about a time when you overcame a difficult situation and came out on top.If you fail, always try again and allow yourself time to overcome your fear.
Step 6: You are a spirit too.
The only difference is that you are living in both the physical and spiritual worlds, while what we think of as ghosts are only in the spiritual world.When spirit is who we are, connecting to the spiritual world should not be considered supernatural.It is important to embrace both the spiritual and physical world at the same time.Just like you, think of ghosts or spirits as non-scary and non threatening.
Step 7: The ghost is warm and nice.
If you see a ghost or spirit as a light that comes from the same place that you do, it will make you feel better.Who is your higher power?All energy and life can be traced back to God, Christ, Santa Claus, or any other being if you believe in them.Imagine that you and the spirit are both connected to this higher power in the form of warm, glowing light.Allow the light to protect you.Light up your life with only love.
Step 8: Fight fear with humor.
Laughing is a great way to get rid of fear.This can be accomplished by watching a funny movie, thinking of a joke, or turning what is scary into something funny.Think about how often ghosts are used in movies like Scary Movie or Casper the Friendly Ghost.
Step 9: Say a prayer or sing a song.
If you are scared of ghosts, say a prayer or some words that will give you strength and peace.A religious person can say the Lord's Prayer or sing a happy song.
