Are you tired of the static wallpaper?You can download an app from the Microsoft Store called Desktop Live Wallpapers or the VLC media player to set video as wallpaper.
Step 1: You can get live wallpaper from the Microsoft Store.
To open the Microsoft Store, you can either click the shopping bag icon in the taskbar or the Start logo.First, click the search bar that's at the top of your screen, then type in "Desktop Live Wallpapers" and press on your keyboard.You can click on the icon that looks like a film strip on a purple background.You can upgrade to Desktop Live Wallpapers Pro for more controls and options, but the app is free and only supports a few file types.
Step 2: You can open the desktop live wallpaper.
You can find it under "Recently added" in your Start menu.You can open the app from the Microsoft Store if you still have it open.
Step 3: Click here to go home.
It is located in the upper left corner of the app window.
Step 4: Click on the folder you want to browse.
There is a purple button in the lower left corner of the application window.
Step 5: Click OK if you want to go to the folder with your videos.
If you want to play more than one video, move them all into one folder.Click the refresh icon in the lower right corner of the screen if you later add videos to this folder.Click if you want to change the settings.You can change the background player and audio.You can pause or play the wallpaper by right-clicking the icon in your system tray.To stop the video on your desktop, click to close the app.
