How To Run NASM on Windows
It can be difficult to learn assembly language.CodeBlocks is a free C compiler that you can use to begin learning.
Step 1: Code Blocks Downloads allows you to download codeblocks.
Step 2: nasm can be downloaded from netwide assembler.
Step 3: Run the setup to install the codeblocks.
Step 4: Put nasm into the codeblocks folder.
C:Program FilesCodeBlocksbin.
Step 5: For a test run, look at the source code for the installation.
A Win32 console program writes "Hello, World" on one line and then exits.It should be linked with a library.
Step 6: The source code should be helloworld.
Step 7: Go to nasmpath.
The command is nasm -f win32 helloworld.The helloworld.obj file should be located in the same directory.
Step 8: The object file can be executed by typing.
gcc helloworld.It should build a file.
Step 9: You can get your result by running the test program.
The screen should have the words "Hello, World" on it.
