Step 10: Permanent Marker is used to mark 5 degree intervals along the outer edge.
Step 11: Place sewing pins in a radial pattern so that their points overlap the edge.
Step 12: One of the methods is to attach the pins to the cutter.
Spot welding can last a long time and Duct tape can only be used a few times on thin paper.
Step 13: The tool should be rolled along the line.
Step 14: You can use a pattern tracing wheel to draw a line.
Step 15: The tracing wheel has small spikes that make it easy to make small holes on the line.
