How To It's a good idea to act around your girl at school.
It's great to have a girlfriend who attends the same school. It can be difficult to express your feelings for her in a place of learning. Some people get a little nervous with their girlfriend in school. You don't have to act like you're nervous.Act like the best boyfriend or girlfriend you can ever have by being confident, treating her right, and doing things for her.
Step 1: When she speaks, give her your full attention.
It is easy to get distracted in a school environment when your friends and teachers are around, but stay focused on your girlfriend when she is talking to you.Don't do anything while she's speaking and keep eye contact with her.Don't interrupt her.Correctly respond to what she said after she finishes speaking.Inform her that you will talk to her after class if she is talking during class.
Step 2: To her, be faithful.
Being faithful means not kissing, engaging in sexual behavior, and not doing anything with another girl that would hurt your girlfriend. You should not flirt with other girls.Talk to your girlfriend about what it means to be faithful. As long as she is your girlfriend, stay faithful to her.If you cheat, you could lose your girlfriend and gain a reputation as a cheat. You can talk to other girls, but only casually. If you lost a pencil, it's okay to ask your female classmates for one.
Step 3: Appropriate behavior can be shown in a school environment.
Don't be aggressive with your girlfriend during school. It could get both of you in trouble if your girlfriend doesn't like it.Discuss with your girlfriend what she would like.Ask her if a brief hug between classes, holding her hand while walking down the hall, or a quick kiss would be okay with her.Don't push her into contact if she's not comfortable with you.Go at her fast.
Step 4: Give her a compliment.
If you like what you see about her, compliment her.She put effort into her outfit that day, so tell her how beautiful she is.She has strengths and accomplishments.Tell her how great she is in school. When she makes it onto a team, give her a hug.I think you are so smart. It is great to compliment her, but don't get too carried away.It will make your compliment seem less sincere if you compliment her on anything.
Step 5: Give her a lot of space.
Being overly attached can have a negative effect on your relationship.Being clingy could mean following them around constantly, overanalyzing their interactions with others, and checking in on your girlfriend when you know she is busy.Being confident in yourself and trusting your girlfriend will help you avoid being clingy. If your girlfriend says she needs some space, listen to her.Outside of school as well.Don't be clingy after class and follow her on social media.
Step 6: Don't talk about what happened between you and your girlfriend.
It is okay to brag about how great your girlfriend is.It is not okay to brag about what happened between you and your girlfriend. If your girlfriend allows you to kiss her for the first time, don't tell your friends. She may not be happy about everyone knowing about her personal matters. You should not brag on social media. That can affect your school environment. As information gets passed on, things can get twisted.A kiss may turn into something more intimate down the line.
Step 7: Show her love.
It is important that she knows what type of affection she is okay with. She could be holding hands or kissing.Keep in mind that you are at school. It is not acceptable to show a lot of affection during school hours. If you show affection, be private about it.If no one is around, kiss her quickly in an empty area.Ask her what she is.Throughout the relationship, keep her answers in mind.Remember to ask first if you're feeling free.Is it okay for me to kiss you right now?
Step 8: She should leave a note in her locker.
If you have a locker, put a note in between the cracks of the door. She can put the note into her notebook if you don't have a locker.Try to write something like "You look pretty today," or "Great job on the presentation today" once a day or at least a few times a week. You can personalize your note to the next level.Take a picture of her favorite animal.Leave her a funny comic or picture if you don't know what to write. You could draw it on a piece of paper or use a computer to print it.
Step 9: She should bring her books to class.
It is nice to do this every once in a while.Offer to carry her books if she seems stressed out or carrying more than usual. If she says no, offer again if she is being shy.If you ask her this many times, and she keeps saying no, then don't ask anymore. There are many ways to help your girlfriend. If she lost her pencil case, you could give her new pens and pencils.
Step 10: Next to you, save her a seat.
If you don't have assigned seats, you can save her a seat at the lunch table. It will make her feel special and let her know that you think of her.If it is allowed, you can find a special place for just the two of you to have lunch, like a bench outside. If you want to save your girlfriend a seat, don't kick someone out of their seat. She won't appreciate it if she finds out.
Step 11: You can give her a gift for a birthday or holiday.
The gift doesn't have to be expensive.Baking cookies will let her know that you are thinking of her.Write a note and bring her a flower.Consider what she would like for her birthday.Draw her a picture of the band's album cover. You can use knitting as a gift if you have a creative hobby. She can be knitted a hat or scarf.Don't put too much pressure on the gift.It is the thought that counts.
Step 12: Help her with her studies.
Let your studies and extracurricular activities bring you together. This will help you with your grades, achievements, and relationship. She needs help studying for a test during lunch or in the library. If she is auditioning for the basketball team, offer to practice with her.Make index cards with questions that could be on the test and quiz her on them.Encourage your girlfriend to focus on her goals.
Step 13: Believe.
It is important to believe that you are cool and fun.Your behavior around your girlfriend will reflect poorly on you if you think poorly of yourself. When you are around your girlfriend and with life in general, believing in yourself will build confidence.Don't think that you're weird or uncool. She agreed to be your girlfriend for a reason.
Step 14: Don't try to do too much.
Trying too hard means acting like you wouldn't normally act around friends, and thinking about conversations before they happen. If you want to treat your girlfriend with kindness and respect, you have to act like you normally would. You should be with your girlfriend.Don't plan ahead how you're going to act, look or give her a compliment.Don't act like she would want you to.She chose to be with you because she liked you.
Step 15: Don't plan conversations.
Being in the moment is important. If you planned for the interaction to go in a certain direction, it wouldn't be awkward.Go off of what your girlfriend is saying. If you are a very nervous person, you can plan a few topics, but not the whole conversation.Ask her about her day, what she has planned for the week, and how she is doing in class if she isn't contributing to the conversation.Let her talk.Don't ask questions with "yes" or "no" answers.Do you have a good weekend? What did you do over the weekend?
Step 16: Relax from time to time.
Don't let the feeling of being nervous control your behavior.Take a few deep breaths and remember how great the situation is.There is a wonderful time in your life when you have a girlfriend. You can enjoy your time with her if you remember how great that is.Think of things that make you happy that will calm you down.Think of a favorite song or movie.
Step 17: Don't overanalyzing the situation.
There will be awkward moments in a relationship. You can say something that doesn't come out as you intended. One of you may be in a bad mood.If she seems quieter than usual, doesn't hug you at the beginning of the day, or compliment another guy or girl, you should not take it wrong. If you feel that something is bothering her, ask.If you act upset over a small situation like her forgetting to say bye after class, don't get angry with her.Don't get ahead of yourself. She isn't planning anything big for you just because she likes a lot of pretty dresses on social media. She may like dresses.
Step 18: Don't expect anything from your girlfriend.
It can take a toll on your confidence if you expect a certain outcome. If the outcome you imagine doesn't happen, it can affect your confidence. If you expect your girlfriend to let you kiss her after you compliment her, your behavior can change.Expecting a certain outcome can make you overambitious.Accept anything that happens.
