Step 10: You should restart the computer.

If the computer freezes here, restart it.If you restart your computer, it will not harm anything.

Step 13: Continue with the installation.
Until Windows ME asks you to restart the computer, you won't have to input any more information.
Step 14: You should restart your computer.
Step 15: If you have allocated one, type in your password and click OK.
Step 16: Click Start.
