Step 1: You can download it in a web browser.

Step 10: The files should be removed from the zip folder.
If you want a zip file to download to your location, you'll need to unzip the folder to continue.Select 'Extract All' and specify a location where you want the files to be opened.
Step 11: You can find "curl" by opening the unzipped folder and files.
The root folder is located in the location you specified."curl.exe" can be found in the bin folder.
Step 12: Use the address bar of your file browser to launch a command window.
The Start Menu has a search area for "CMD".
Step 13: To enter, type "curl" into the command window.
If you opened the command window from the address bar of the file browser, the prompt should have the appropriate address entered.Command prompt should return to you commands that you can try.The curl command can be used from that specific path.It won't work if you type "curl" in command prompt at a different path than where it's located.
