Step 11: You can get feedback from a coach or professional.
Hire a coach or professional player to watch you play.The more matches they watch, the better.They will be able to study your game and give you feedback.You can find a tennis club near you.If there are people in your area who can meet with you, look online.
Step 12: You can make a video of yourself playing.
A friend can record you while you play.The video and note aspects of your game could be improved.Issues with your serve, stance, and posture are likely to be discovered.If your shots are too short or deep, watch.You should note if you are standing in the wrong place for a serve or defending.If you have a hard time with certain shots, look to see if there are others.If you have trouble hitting high bouncing balls with your backhand.

Step 15: There's a stretch.
5 or 10 minutes before your match.You can either do static stretching or dynamic stretching.You should consider stretching a little more if you already stretch.Hold your arms out as far as you can to do a chest stretch.If you want to stretch your core, bend it to one side and the other.Reach for your toes.
Step 16: For an hour 3 or 4 times a week, work out.

Step 17: Aerobic exercises can be done for half an hour 3 or 4 times a week.
An aerobic workout will improve your reflexes and agility.A variety of exercises are included in a good aerobic workout.The more time you spend, the better.You can strengthen your ankles by practicing pogo jumps.Do lunges to improve your strength and endurance.Try jumping jacks to strengthen your core.
Step 18: Strength training can be done a few times each week.
Choose exercises that work on your back, legs, core and shoulders.Resistance band moves, leg presses and Lat pull downs are excellent ways to focus on those areas.To work your arms, use weight machines with cables and pulleys.
