Computer yoga is a great way to relax at your desk.It can help your muscles relax and give your mind a break. If you have a desk job or spend a lot of time staring at a screen, computer yoga can help you become happier and achieve a deeper level of relaxation.
Step 1: Head tilts can be used to stretch out your neck.
When practicing computer yoga, it is best to start at the head and move down.If you want to move your head in all directions, you have to push your neck forwards and backwards.Give yourself plenty of time to complete each one, and try to make your motions gentle and calculated. When you move to a new side, stretch your neck out as far as you can and hold it in place for 3 deep breaths. This can be done for 30 seconds to a minute.
Step 2: Relax your shoulders with shrugs, rolls, and shifts.
To stretch out your shoulders, try shrugging them, rolling them back and forth, or shifting them up and down. You can feel your muscles moving if you do these motions slowly.Pick 2 different positions to switch between while stretching.Hold the position for 3 seconds when you enter the first position.Go to the other position and exhale. For up to 1 minute, repeat this.
Step 3: To loosen your spine, twist your upper body.
A poor sitting posture can cause tension. To do them, keep your lower body still and hold your neck and shoulders firm.Take your spine out and twist it to one side.Hold this position for 3 seconds and then exhale. For between 30 seconds and 1 minute, repeat the process with the other side.
Step 4: If you want to ground yourself, move your feet in circles.
Put your feet on the ground and focus on your connection to the planet.Move your feet in a circular motion, mimicking the speed of the rotating planet, if you visualize the earth turning in your mind.Take long, deep breaths and match them to the rhythm of the earth. For up to 1 minute, do this.
Step 5: A massage is done.
Touching your body can be a simple way to remind you of your presence on Earth. For areas with a lot of stress, rub the skin with force to remove as much tension as you can.As you work on your body, focus on releasing negative vibes. You can massage yourself for as long as you want.If you want to release tension from your eyes and face, gently cover the areas with your fingers or palms and move them in a circular motion.
Step 6: To focus yourself, think of a mantra.
It's possible to block out excess thoughts while performing spiritual yoga by chanting out loud or in your head.Any simple, calming word or phrase will calm you down.
Step 7: Take deep, full breaths.
Place your hands on your stomach and begin to breathe. When it starts to feel natural, focus on nothing but your breathing.Breath sensor will help you block out distraction, useless, and obsessive thoughts while forming a deeper relationship with your breathing.
Step 8: To see your place in the universe, visualize yourself as a powerful entity.
If you were praying, put your hands together.Imagine yourself as a collection of pure energy or a spiritual being.Whether it's a deity, supernatural power, or the cosmos, remember that you are connected to something greater. The greater entity is where you come from, what you are a part of, and where your energy lies.
Step 9: Good vibes will help you feel more positive.
As soon as you think of them, you will get a warm, happy feeling within you.The idea will flood you with positive emotions if you visualize them standing with you.If you wish them health, safety, happiness, and relaxation, stretch your hands out to send light and positive vibes to them.If you repeat this step with yourself, you will be able to open your mind for personal joy and happiness. You don't know a lot of people, such as a work or school acquaintances.A person you dislike or have disagreements with.No matter who they are, the world and everyone in it.
Step 10: Asking for guidance is a reminder that you are not alone.
Rub your hands together in front of your heart.Ask for guidance from a divine being or enlightened master if you are religious. If you are not religious, you can ask someone you respect, such as a family member or mentor, to show you the way.As you take your next steps, remember that you are not alone.
Step 11: For one minute, stop thinking.
Place your hands on your body.Focus on your breathing as it moves to different parts of your body, such as your head, thorax, stomach, legs, and feet. You should be free of thoughts except inhaling and exhaling. As your body, mind, and spirit relax, be calm.
Step 12: The goal should be a positive one to end the session.
Think about how you intend to make yourself happier in the near future, such as focusing on positive things or simply being content with your life, for your first few times practicing computer yoga.In later sessions, think about how you can help other or complete your life goals.
