How To Delete a Profile Picture on Facebook on Android

You can learn how to remove a photo from your profile using the app on your phone.

Step 1: You can open the app on your phone.

The blue box on your Apps list has a white "f" in it.Your News Feed will be opened by Facebook.If you aren't automatically signed into Facebook on your device, you need to log in with your email or phone.You can go back to your News Feed if Facebook opens up a profile page or photo.

Step 2: The icon has three horizontal lines.

You can find it in the upper-right corner of your screen.You can open your navigation menu with this button.

Step 3: The menu has your name at the top of it.

It will open your profile page.

Step 4: Click on the PHOTOS tab to scroll down.

It's below your name and profile information.

Step 5: Go left until you reach the ALBUMS tab.

You can find a list of all your photo albums on this tab.

Step 6: Go to the Profile Pictures album.

You can see a grid of the images you've used as your profile picture in this album.Your profile picture will be at the top of the screen.

Step 7: If you want to remove the picture, tap it.

You can find the profile picture in the album grid and open it in full-screen by tapping on it.

Step 8: The icon is three vertical dots.

You can see it in the upper-right corner of your screen.The button will open a menu with options to save, remove, or share your picture.If you don't see the menu button on your phone, you need to tap it.It will open the same menu.

Step 9: You can remove the photo from the menu.

This option will remove the picture from your profile.In a pop-up window, you will have to confirm your actions.

Step 10: Go to the pop-up window.

There are blue letters in the lower-right corner.This picture will be deleted from your profile.
