We have begun to accept the fact that thoughts create our world.This awareness is making life miserable for others as they are unable to control negative or destructive thoughts and create positive and creative thoughts.
Step 1: Be aware.
You need to be aware of your thoughts.Every moment there is a thought in your brain.Don't try to control them as that may lead to stress.Just be aware.
Step 2: Take a break.
When you become aware of a negative thought in your brain, just stop.You can see that there is a 'pause' button near to your right ear if you press that button.
Step 3: There will be a replay.
Take a second to think about that thought.If you recall, the thought was "I don't think I will win this contract."You can see a Play button next to the Pause button.
Step 4: Do you want to ask?
Ask yourself, "Is this what I want?" while the thought is paused.You will get an answer from your brain.
Step 5: Explore.
You should ask yourself, "what is it that I want?"The brain will say that it wants the contract to be won.
Step 6: Look at it from a different point of view.
The need statement in the present tense should be changed.You can say, "I am winning the contract, come what may."
Step 7: Play.
You can hear the sound of "I am winning the contract, come what may" when you press the 'play' button.When you are driving to the client's office to sign the contract, keep this statement in your mind.
