Step 5: Become a leader.
Confidence affects a customer's decision.Let's pretend that a salesman rings your doorbell and tries to sell you an expensive product right away, even if you already have one.The salesman didn't try to understand the customer or give you a reason to buy the product.This approach won't make sales because people will see it as arrogance.
