Crystal balls and fortune telling rituals are not necessary for true clairvoyance.Developing your natural intuitive abilities is necessary before you develop your clairvoyance.Exercise your mind's ability to tap into the sights, sounds, feelings, and overall energy flowing around you once these have been adjusted.Continue to read to learn more about the process.
Step 1: Work with intuition.
Direct intuition is the type of intuition you harness when you ask yourself a question.Make yourself comfortable.Take a break in a quiet place and focus on your breathing.Do you want to know about a situation? For a while, focus on this situation. You can get a direct intuitive experience about it by asking aloud or in your mind. It's time to let it go.If you focus your energy on one situation, your intuition is more likely to pick up on clues for that situation than on anything else.
Step 2: You need to work on your intuition.
By developing your ability to see and interpret mental symbols, indirect intuition can help you pick up on important things.Take a pencil and a piece of paper.Do you know what life needs right now?Pause between each repetition and imagine yourself moving to a more meaningful answer each time you repeat the question.Pick up your pencil and draw the first symbol that comes to mind after you've asked the question three times. The symbol needs to be understood. How that concept plays into your life is something you can figure out from your perspective.
Step 3: Listen to your dreams.
The human mind enters the REM stage of sleep every 90 minutes.Dreams can be used to interpret external stimuli that have already been analyzed. If you want to sleep, put a pen and paper next to your bed.You need an answer to a specific situation in your life if you ask yourself a question. Before falling asleep, repeat it as many times as possible.Write your dreams down when you wake up.Write or draw if you didn't dream about anything.Continue until you get an answer to your question or situation.
Step 4: It's possible to try a blind reading.
Blind readings use cards to help you focus and use your intuition to answer questions. The desk has three blank cards.Think about a question you need help with.Give each card one of three different solutions to the question. The answers face down if you flip the cards over.Put them face-down on the desk. You should run your hands over the cards.Relax, and breathe deeply. The cards need to be flipped over. The correct solution should be the card you were most drawn to.
Step 5: Let your fears go.
The biggest obstacle you need to overcome to become a psychic is the fear of the future, according to most instructors who teach psychic development.Pick out the source of your fear.Sometimes, your fear may be as simple as worrying about how silly you look, but sometimes, you might have a frightening image at a young age and turn off your clairvoyant abilities in response. You can get rid of your fear by chanting an affirmative phrase."I am willing to let go of my fear of seeing my future."
Step 6: Increase your imagination.
If you want to use clairvoyance to answer direct, specific questions, you need to increase your ability to see vivid images in your mind. You can do this with a visualization exercise. You are holding seven balloons. The balloon should have a different color. The balloons should go one by one.You can see the same thing if you watch each one float up to the sky until they disappear. You have to practice until you can see each balloon.
Step 7: You can ask a specific question.
When using your clairvoyance on a particular question, make sure to phrase your question in a very specific way so that you can really address the heart of the matter.Don't ask "Will I enjoy my birthday this year?"In this instance, think about what you want your birthday to be like, and ask yourself a more specific question, "Will any of my friends or family take me out to do something special for my birthday this year?"
Step 8: You should open your third eye.
Take a deep breath after you ask your question. The area between your eyes is where you should be focusing.Psychics claim that this spot is the third eye, which is responsible for visual clairvoyance abilities.Breath and fix your attention to this area.Imagine a horizontal shape in the center of your forehead. This is the third eye.You feel a rush through your body when you ask it to open.
Step 9: Let the pictures come to you naturally.
The images will come into your mind naturally.Do not force them.Tell them to grow in size and strength if they seem fuzzy or unclear.A picture inside your mind's eye, a picture outside your head, or a movie inside you head are some of the deceptive images. The images are either black and white or full color. Many of them look like life-like or cartoonish. If you can't figure it out, ask "What do these pictures mean?"An answer should be felt, thought, or sound.Continue the exercise until there is an answer. It is important that you trust yourself no matter what, even though the answer may seem hazy and uncertain.
Step 10: There are differences between each type.
People think only of clairvoyance when they think of psychic abilities. There are other senses that you can use to anticipate the future. The ability to "hear" psychic energy is called clairaudience. The ability to feel energy is called clairsentience.Gut feelings and empathy are common forms of clairsentience. The ability to "know" things without being told is cognizance. If you had a grandmother or aunt who knew when someone was sick at your house without being told, she would have had claircognizant abilities.
Step 11: Sound in your imagination can be used to develop clairaudience.
You need to learn how to adjust your sensitivity to the sounds around you and inside you. When lying in bed at night, listen to the noises you usually don't.You have to separate and identify them.Pick out as many as possible before you fall asleep.Listen for guidance from the clairaudient.Imagine turning on your radio and tuning in.Listen for the responses you get when you start asking questions. When you hear a response, you need to analyze what it means.
Step 12: Focus on another's energy in order to work on clairsentience.
Reading the energy and feelings of someone else is a good way to develop clairsentience. You can do a lot of different things to practice this. You can ask a friend to show you a picture of someone you don't know.Look at the eyes of the person in the picture and try to figure out how they felt when the photo was taken. If there is anything else that stands out, ask if this person is trustworthy. To find out how accurate your senses were, you should check with your friend. If you want to get an object from someone you don't know, ask a friend to give it to you.The object should be something the person has worn a lot.If there is more positive or negative energy in the object, hold it in your hands.
Step 13: Automatic writing exercises can be used to develop claircognizance.
Developing your intuition is the same as developing your claircognizance.Automatic writing is one of the exercises that will help you organize your thoughts.Take a pen and paper and sit down.If it seems like unrelated nonsense, ask yourself a question and write it down. You must be a spectator in this exercise.Don't try to direct the information you get or think about it.Write your thoughts down until they stop coming.Don't forget to read over what you wrote. After you finish reading your entire thought process, highlight anything that jumps out at you and analyze it.
Step 14: You should keep a journal.
Tracking your psychic experiences in a journal can help you develop your abilities further.Keeping a journal helps you understand your psychic abilities. You can check for accuracy and assess the value of your responses.
Step 15: You can find an intuition buddy.
You should have at least one person who you can openly express your thoughts to.Sharing your experiences can help you better understand them.Discuss your interpretations with your intuition journal entries.Discuss similar experiences your intuition buddy has had and help him or her analyze any dream or experience that has remained a mystery.
