Step 17: Take a break.
You may lose the determination you used to have to reach your goals.Don't trash your goals if this happens, just take a break.Taking a break doesn't mean you are no longer determined, it simply means that you're giving yourself the chance to rest and return with more energy to work towards your goals.Depending on your current state of mind, a break can be big or small.If you have been working towards your goals and have caused a lot of stress or frustration, it may be a good idea to take a weekend off.Take an afternoon off to hang out with a friend or pursue a hobby.
